Hier soir, G2 Esports a officialisé les arrivées de Nemanja "nexa" Isaković et Nemanja "huNter-" Kovač dans leur équipe en remplacement de Lucas "Lucky" Chastang relégué mis sur le banc et de Richard "shox" Papillon vendu à Vitality.
Selon nos informations, les deux joueurs n'auraient pas été transférés mais auraient simplement quitté CR4ZY et cela gratuitement ! La raison ? Des contrats invalides. Certaines de nos sources proches du dossier déclarant même qu'elles "n'avaient jamais vu ça dans l'esport". Ce premier cas d'un joueur quittant son équipe alors qu'il est toujours sous contrat pourrait donc créer un précédent. C'est une partie ou toute l'industrie de CS:GO qui pourrait être touchée par cette première.
Le CEO de CR4ZY, Antonio Meic s'était plaint au début du mois que G2 essayait de débaucher ses joueurs. Après l'officialisation de G2, il a réagi ce matin sur twitter en expliquant "qu'aucun deal n'avait été trouvé avec G2 et les joueurs étaient toujours sous contrat" avec CR4ZY. Il a depuis supprimé ce tweet.
Il est fort probable que G2 ait cependant eu à débourser quelques dizaines de dollars mais au bénéfice des deux joueurs. Ces derniers quittant CR4ZY avant de recevoir certains cash-prizes dûs mais aussi l'argent des stickers du Starladder Major Berlin.
Toujours selon nos informations, les trois derniers joueurs de CR4ZY seraient rejoints par leur coach Luka "emi" Vuković qui reprendrait du service pour commander la formation. Il apparait également que des discussions aient lieux avec Neil "NeiL_M" Murphy pour prendre le rôle de coach, au moins pour la DreamHack Open Rotterdam 2019 qui se déroulera dans un peu plus de deux semaines.
A l'heure actuelle les plans des joueurs CR4ZY ne sont pas encore connus au-delà du fait qu'ils recherchent un cinquième joueur. Ils possèdent cependant les mêmes contrats qui ont permis à Nemanja "nexa" Isaković et Nemanja "huNter-" Kovač de quitter CR4ZY gratuitement.

According to our information, the two players would not have been transferred, but simply left CR4ZY, for free. The reason? Contracts that are flawed, invalid and simply illegal according to our sources. Some of them even stated that they "had never seen this in esport before". This operating mode could therefore set a precedent that could affect the entire sports industry, with organizations losing players overnight if contracts are not legit and secure.
CR4ZY CEO Antonio Meic complained earlier this month that G2 was trying to poach his players. After G2's officialization of their new recruits, he reacted this morning on twitter by explaining that "no deal had been found with G2 and the players were still under contract" with CR4ZY. He has since deleted this tweet.
It is very likely that G2 had to pay compensation to both players, them two leaving CR4ZY before being able to receive some cash-prize due to them and their share of the money from the Starladder Major Berlin stickers.
Sources told us that the remaining CR4ZY players would be joined by their coach Luka "emi" Vuković who would take over the in-game leader role in the team. It also appears that discussions are taking place with Neil "NeiL_M" Murphy to take on the coaching role, at least for the DreamHack Open Rotterdam 2019 which will take place in a little over two weeks.
At the moment the plans of the CR4ZY players are not yet known beyond the fact that they are looking for a last player. However, they have the same contracts that allowed Nemanja "nexa" Isaković and Nemanja "huNter-" Kovač to leave CR4ZY for free. Something that could give some ideas to others?
